- Spring loaded type of pliers hand of blunt bottle, empty bottle automatic 180°turn with the track,washing the inside of the bottle ,washing efficiency is high;
- Capping system adopt French technology, capping adopt magnetic capping, can adjust moment of force ,has the device of getting-capping at the same time, the advantage is little harm to caps and tight seal.
- Rotary type cap unscramble adopts air type, it won't damage the surface of the cap, and it will give the signal if there is short of cap in the cap hopper. And it can let the cap elevator send the cap into the cap hopper automatically.
- The whole machine equips the human-machine operator system, PLC controller, frequency stepless adjust speed automatic control technology. It will stop automatically if the temperature low, no bottle no fill, no bottle no cap, the machine stop if bottle stuck.
